- Most burglaries are in terraced houses

- In second place are detached houses

- Corner houses are the least burgled from 2013

- Number of burglaries in senior housing has increased since 2013.

The number of home robberies also seems to be falling. Although 2017 showed a slight increase again.

The top 20 items looted in a residential burglary hardly differ over the years. We do see that the share of cash declined in 2017. However, cash is often not recorded as such because it is not detectable. Ring, watch, bracelet and necklace increase relatively slightly. Photo camera, television, jewellery, computer, peripherals decrease slightly. The category other gradually increases over the years. This means that the loot is becoming more diverse.
