The time has finally come. This morning we signed the purchase/contracting agreement for our new business unit.
The desire to move into business premises had existed for quite some time. However, finding something suitable was not easy. Until now. Around the construction period, the first shovel of our plan will go into the ground. This newly developed business park in Alphen aan den Rijn borders the Staalweg and the Heimanswetering. Between the greenery and with a view of the Rhine on the one hand and the Wetering Park on the other, 44 sustainable units will be built.
Our unit is beautifully located on the edge and we hope to take delivery of the key in mid-March/April 2023.
