Note: Change in GALAXY GX remote app for push notifications per 31-12-2025

We have received the following important notification via Honeywell, which has implications for you if you use the GALAXY GX remote app. As of 1 January 2026 the notification system in this app will be completely disabled. Further functions of the app will remain usable thereafter, only notifications will not be displayed after this date and push notifications will no longer be sent.

Are you a user of the GALAXY GX remote app?

If you are a Larcoz customer, we will contact you before 1 January 2026 to make an appointment to update your alarm system. This way, we can prevent you from getting error messages due to changed settings and functions as of that date.

Do you want to continue receiving burglary alerts after 1 January 2026?

From 1 January 2026, as a user of the Honeywell Galaxy Remote app, you will no longer receive intrusion notifications and push notifications. To continue receiving them, however, the following scenarios are possible:

  • Switching to the MAXPRO Cloud App
  • Connecting to an alarm centre
